These terms and conditions apply to all B2B orders placed via the Poupinette login portal.

2. Our products

We manufacture decorative and ornamental pillows. Our pillows are made sustainably:

• Outer covers: made in Belgium

• Inners: 40% recycled polyester + 60% upcycled viscoelastic strips from mattress production

• Pillowcases: recycled polyester + organic cotton, produced in France

• Assembly takes place entirely in Belgium

3. Ordering & Minimum Requirements

• First order: minimum €750

• From the second order onward: minimum €650 for free shipping

• Under €650: €20 shipping fee or free pickup at Waterstraat 2B, 9040 Sint‑Amandsberg

• At least 5 different fabrics/SKUs per order

• All prices on the website are fixed and must be adhered to (no reselling with discounts)

4. Exclusivity & Store Terms

• The store must align with Poupinette’s style and price range

• Customers must adhere to our fixed retail prices

• Discounts or sales are permitted, but not through online communication

• Our photos may be used by B2B customers, but not by other brands

5. Delivery

We deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. Orders are confirmed via the portal. Delivery times are communicated upon the order

6. Payments

• We operate on a pro forma payment basis: payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.

• Online payment through the website is not available.

• Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received.

7. Claims & return policy

• Any claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.

• We do not provide any warranties on our products.

• Returns are only accepted if agreed upon in advance (there is no statutory right of withdrawal for B2B transactions).

8. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of use. While we make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of our website, we cannot guarantee that it will be completely free of errors.

9. Intellectual property

All photographs, texts, and designs remain the property of Poupinette. Only our B2B customers are permitted to use our photographs for the purpose of selling our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium.
